Mapwriter 2 es un mod que nos permite utilizar un mapa del mundo que nos evitará perdernos durante nuestras aventuras minecraftianas. Este mapa puede consultarse directamente en nuestra pantalla de juego, en versión mini mapa o bien a pantalla completa, al cual podremos acceder pulsando la tecla "M". Este mapa puede ampliarse o disminuirse utilizando la rueda del ratón.
Este mod ofrece varias opciones extra a la hora de utilizar el mapa, para ello deberemos acceder a la vista de pantalla completa. Una vez aquí podremos personalizar diversas opciones, escoger que dimensión queremos que se muestre en el mapa y consultar y viajar a puntos de interés que hayamos marcados en el mapa previamente. Además estos puntos de interés guardados podremos agruparlos en grupos de puntos de interés.
Este mod se encuentra en fase de actualización Beta, así que todavía puede contener errores o bugs. Iremos publicando sus respectivas actualizaciones en este mismo artículo.
