Dungeons nos ofrece un sistema procedural de generación de laberintos y mazmorras, donde encontraremos pasillos y salas llenas de enemigos, pero también de cofres algún que otro botín. Éstas mazmorras y laberintos siempre tienen una entrada en la superficie del mundo, y su aspecto es variado dependiendo del bioma en el que se genere cada uno de estos laberintos o mazmorras.
En la imagen inferior podemos ver un ejemplo de una de estas mazmorras, donde podemos ver la entrada en la zona superior. Todo lo que está debajo de la entrada quedará dentro del subsuelo, pues se trata de mazmorras subterráneas. Como se puede ver en la imagen, no se trata de pequeñas mazmorras, por lo que será fácil perderse y desorientarse.
