Actually Additions es uno de esos mods que no se especializa en añadir un tipo de contenido destinado a cubrir un aspecto claro del juego, sino que se encarga de añadir objetos "random" que buscan mejorar algunos aspectos o añadir nuevas funcionalidades al juego.
Algunos ejemplos de lo que nos ofrece este mod son anillos mágicos, taladros, alas, varitas de teletransporte, colectores, reparadores de objetos, aceite extraído de las plantas, lámparas, tolvas avanzadas, nuevas armas, herramientas, transporte inalámbrico de objetos, spawners, máquinas para automatizar procesos y mucho más.
