Ambient Sounds es un mod que nos permitirá mejorar el realismo y la inmersión en nuestras partidas de Minecraft, a través de nuevos sonidos. El mod añade nuevos sonidos ambientales, que se activarán dependiendo del bioma o la dimensión en la que nos encontramos, por ejemplo, en un bioma de bosque oiremos el canto de los pájaros.
Además de estos sonidos ambientales, que dependen del bioma o dimensión, el mod añade nuevos sonidos concretos para situaciones específicas, como por ejemplo cuando nos encontramos debajo del agua, en el interior de las cuevas o en la cima de las montañas.
