Animalium tiene por objetivo aumentar la diversidad de animales dentro del juego. Pero ojo, que no se trata de animales pacíficos, más bien al contrario, todos los nuevos animales que añade este mod, que por ahora son cuatro, serán hostiles hacia nuestro personaje. Derrotar a estos animales nos permitirá conseguir nuevos objetos, que a su vez nos permitirán desarrollar otros nuevos objetos.
Con este mod instalado, podremos encontrarnos con cuatro animales, que son, las pirañas, los osos, los perros salvajes y ratas. De estos animales podremos obtener nuevos alimentos y piezas de equipo de personaje, como por ejemplo la Claw Paxel, que representa un equivalente a un hacha de hierro, pero de durabilidad superior, además de las botas Wild Dog Pelt, que nos darán más velocidad y nos permitirán realizar saltos de mayor altura.
