Animals Plus es un mod que quizá ya conocías, pero no habrías reconocido, ya que su autor hizo un cambio de nombre. Este mod en sus anteriores versiones se llamaba More Nature.
El mod nos ofrece un buen surtido de nuevos animales, dispuestos a animar un poco los desolados mundos de Minecraft. Podríamos clasificar los diversos animales que añade el mod en tres grandes grupos, animales marinos, animales terrestres e insectos.
Algunos ejemplos de estas especies animales serían: pingüinos, serpientes, ballenas, saltamontes, pájaros, tiburones, mariposas, ciempiés, rayas o mantas, pirañas, ratas y lagartos, entre otros. Desde su anterior actualización se han añadido nuevas criaturas como por ejemplo los camaleones, los cangrejos, las libélulas y las tortugas.
