Estas versiones reducidas de las criaturas hostiles del juego pueden parecer inofensivas, pero nada más alejado de la realidad, los bebés hostiles serán igual o más peligrosos que los enemigos predefinidos del juego.
Estas versiones reducidas, o bebés de las criaturas hostiles del juego, tendrán nuevas y poderosas habilidades, así que un zombi bebé puede ser más peligroso que un zombi normal. Aunque por suerte, al cabo de un tiempo los bebés enemigos se convertirán en adultos, adquiriendo las habilidades normales de cada criatura.
Más allá de criaturas bebé peligrosas, éste mod también añade un total de dieciocho nuevos objetos, junto a ocho nuevos logros, una poción nueva, y alguna que otra cosa más por descubrir.
