Better Foliage es un mod que tiene por objetivo ofrecernos un menú de personalización donde podremos cambiar el aspecto de las hojas de los árboles, pudiendo convertir su forma cuadrada, en una forma más o menos redondeada y con un mayor o menor tamaño. Para acceder a este menú deberemos pulsar la tecla "F8".
El mod está inspirado en Better Grass and Leaves, solo que no nos permite tantas opciones visuales. A priori, tan solo podremos hacer las hojas de los árboles más reales y redondeadas, utilizando los parámetros del menú de personalización.
