Better Sprinting nos ofrece un menú donde podremos configurar ciertas opciones relacionadas con el movimiento de nuestro personaje, permitiéndonos establecer que nuestro personaje corra siempre y en todas direcciones, aumentar la velocidad al volar, o cambiar las teclas de acciones como correr y agacharse.
Otras opciones que añade este mod son, la posibilidad de cambiar la tecla para esprintar, pulsar una tecla para que a partir de entonces nuestro personaje corra siempre (Sprint toogle), o por el contrario hacer que se agache siempre (Sneak toggle).
De forma predefinida podremos acceder a este menú de personalización pulsando la tecla "O", aunque si queremos también podremos cambiar el acceso a este menú utilizando otra tecla de nuestro teclado.
