Better With Mods es un mod que dejó de actualizarse hace algo más de tres años. En su momento fué un mod realmente popular, aunque posiblemente sólo lo recordarán aquellos que ya lleven más de tres años con nosotros, estamos hablando de una reescritura del mod Better Than Wolves.

Para aquellos que no lo conozcan, se trata de un mod que nos permite aprovechar elementos naturales como el aire y el agua para generar energía mecánica mediante el uso de molinos de viento y molinos de agua, que unidos mediante ejes y engranajes nos permitirán hacer funcionar varias clases de máquinas, de aspecto rústico, no tecnológico, que nos servirán para varias tareas, entre otras cosas para cortar madera en trozos pequeños y mucho más.

La particularidad de este mod, además de permitirnos hacer funcionar máquinas interesantes y generar energía, es que se adapta muy bien a la línea gráfica del juego, sin elementos tecnológicos, aprovechando únicamente recursos naturales reales dentro del mundo de Minecraft, como son las corrientes de agua y la fuerza del viento.
