BuildCraft nos ofrece todo un seguido de elementos que nos permitirán automatizar los procesos de minería, tanto en la obtención, como en el transporte de recursos y el posterior tratamiento de estos recursos. Se trata de un mod técnico y tecnológico, así que encontraremos máquinas, motores, sistemas de transporte de objetos y mucho más.
Sin duda, el objeto más característico de este mod es la "Quarry", una máquina perforadora que podremos utilizar para que se encargue de minar por nosotros. Esta máquina necesita energía, y para ello existen los motores, que son capaces de generar energía para ésta y otras máquinas del mod.
Además, el mod cuenta con tuberías de transporte que nos permiten transportar líquidos y objetos entre maquinas, motores y cofres. De modo que podremos automatizar todo el proceso de extracción y almacenamiento de recursos minerales y materiales, ya que estas tuberías nos permitirán filtrar los objetos que queremos o no queremos transportar.
Este mod se encuentra en fase de actualización Alpha, así que todavía puede contener errores, bugs o no tener todo el contenido funcional. Iremos publicando sus respectivas actualizaciones en este mismo artículo.
