Chunk Animator es un mod que tal y como su propio nombre indica, se encarga de ofrecernos animaciones a la hora de cargarse los chunks en Minecraft, para mejorar el aspecto visual a la hora de generarse el terreno que vamos explorando.
En la actualidad, y sin este mod, los chunks en Minecraft se cargan de forma instantánea, produciendo un efecto bastante feo. Con este mod instalado aparecerá una animación justo en el momento que se renderizan los chunks recién cargados. Existen cinco animaciones que podremos seleccionar para la carga de nuestros chunks.
Debemos tener en cuenta que este mod hace que todos los bloques de un chunk se rendericen en varias posiciones antes de colocarse en el lugar correcto, haciendo que el tiempo de carga aumente bastante.
