Cooking for Blockheads es un mod que agrega un libro de recetas de cocina al juego, así como nuevos elementos enfocados a elaboración de comida para nuestro personaje de Minecraft.
El mod un libro que nos permite conocer todas las recetas de cocina que podemos crear dependiendo de los ingredientes que tenemos disponibles en nuestro inventario. Este libro lo podremos evolucionar, lo que nos permitirá obtener el plato o alimento directamente sin tener que hacer la receta a mano.
Además del libro, el mod añade mobiliario de cocina, que además de decorar, nos permitirá mejorar ciertas funciones, como cocinar varios alimentos a la vez en un nuevo horno, un fregadero que nos permite utilizar agua para nuestras recetas, así como un almacenamiento de utensilios de cocina que podremos utilizar en nuestras recetas.
