Deep Mob Learning es un mod que nos permitirá generar criaturas a nuestra voluntad en modo supervivencia, sin tener que crear granjas de mobs complejas. Dicho mod se inspira en la idea de Soul Shards, sólo que en este caso, tiene una versión algo más "tecnológica".
Con este mod instalado, deberemos recopilar modelos de datos de criaturas del juego. Dichos datos los obtendremos tras derrotar a las entidades. Una vez tengamos cierta cantidad de modelos de datos sobre una criatura del juego, podremos generarla en nuestro mundo, según queramos o necesitemos.
Además, dependiendo de qué dimensión sean una criatura, podremos obtener de ella un tipo de materia. Por ejemplo, de las criaturas del Overworld obtendremos Overworldian matter, de las criaturas del Nether, Hellish matter, y de las del End, Extraterrestrial matter. Esta materia nos permitirá transmutar objetos que se encuentran dentro de esa misma dimensión.
