Ender Utilities añade nuevos bloques funcionales y objetos al juego basados en elementos predefinidos del juego, pero con funcionalidades de objetos Ender, es decir, que gozan de funcionalidades de acceso remoto y teletransporte, cosa que de forma predefinida no poseen.
Al instalar el mod nos encontraremos con un nuevo horno que enviará el contenido cocinado o quemado al cofre que nosotros queramos y unas flechas de Ender, que teletransportarán a cualquier entidad impactada para la flecha a un lugar previamente definido por nosotros. Además podremos utilizar otros objetos que nos permitirán acceder a cofre y hornos de forma remota, similar a lo que permite un cofre de Ender.
