Ender Zoo es un mod que añade un total de ocho criaturas al juego, la mayoría hostiles, pero también hay alguna que es neutral, es decir, que sólo nos atacar en ciertas condiciones, por ejemplo, tras ser atacada. Estas ochos nuevas criaturas al morir nos darán nuevos objetos que podremos utilizar para crear nuevas armas, objetos y bloques varios.
Algunos ejemplos de las cosas que podremos crear con estos nuevos objetos son teletransportadores, nuevas pociones, nuevos encantamientos, nuevos bloques de dinamita y nuevas armas para nuestro personaje.
