Ender Zoo nos ofrece, tanto nuevas criaturas neutrales, como nuevas criaturas hostiles, aunque mayormente encontraremos criaturas hostiles. Estas criaturas tienen propiedades de Ender, por tanto podrán sorprendernos con nuevas habilidades o características distintas a lo que estamos habituados en Minecraft.
En total, el mod añade ocho nuevas criaturas, que al morir, nos darán nuevos e interesantes objetos. Estos objetos nos permitirán crear cosas nuevas, con habilidades de Ender, como por ejemplo, nuevas armas, nuevos encantamientos, nuevos tipos de dinamita, nuevas pociones y teletransportadores.
