Ender Zoo es un mod que se encarga de añadir nuevas criaturas hostiles al juego, aunque no todas son hostiles si que lo son la mayoría de ellas. Éstas criaturas, tal y como indica el título del mod, poseerán nuevas habilidades y características, basadas en las propiedades de las entidades de Ender. En total encontraremos hasta ocho nuevas criaturas.
Además de nuevos seres, este mod también nos permitirá desarrollar nuevo contenido, fabricando nuevos objetos a partir de los objetos que obtendremos al derrotar a cualquiera de las nuevas criaturas de Ender. Algunos ejemplos de ese nuevo contenido podrían ser los nuevos encantamientos, herramientas, armas, teletransportadores, pociones y tres nuevas variantes de TNT, entre otras cosas.
