Energetic Sheep es un mod que añade nada más y nada menos que ovejas enérgicas. Estas ovejas, representan ser ovejas que tras ser impactadas por un rayo quedan energizadas. Al matar una oveja enérgica o al esquilar una de estas ovejas, obtendremos lana energizada, que podremos utilizar para alimentar, con energía Redstone Flux, nuestras máquinas y sistemas.
Si queremos ser más eficientes recogiendo lana energizada, podremos fabricar las tijeras energizadas, que se fabrican con ocho unidades de lana energizada, rodeando unas tijeras normales. Estas tijeras nos permitirán esquilar las ovejas obteniendo toda su energía.
Si no queremos esperar a que le caiga un rayo a una oveja, simplemente podemos recorrer el territorio para encontrarlas, aunque se generarán con menos frecuencia que las ovejas normales, una de cada tres para ser exactos. También en la cría se aplica la misma relación, por cada tres ovejas bebé se podrá generar una cría de oveja enérgica.
