Enhanced Visuals nos ofrece una serie de efectos visuales que tienen por objetivo aumentar la inmersión del jugador. Estos efectos entrarán en acción dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas en las que se encuentre nuestro personaje, pero también en situaciones de lucha.
Algunos ejemplos de estos efectos son: partículas de sangre en la pantalla cuando algo le causa daño a nuestro personaje, gotas de lluvia en la pantalla en momentos de lluvia, montas de polvo en los desiertos, partículas de nieve durante las nevadas, efectos curiosos al estar cerca de un Enderman, tras explosiones de Creeper, y mucho más.
Además de estos efectos visuales, nuestro personaje podrá activar una "cinemática" al estilo combo, donde la pantalla se ralentizará al derrotar a dos enemigos seguidos.
