Even More Creatures es un mod que se encarga de añadir una buena cantidad de contenido al juego. Con este mod instalado, al descubrir mundo nos encontraremos con nuevas criaturas, nuevas estructuras y nuevos minerales y materiales que nos permitirán desarrollar armas, herramientas y objetos nuevos.
En total, podremos encontrar con veintinueve criaturas nuevas, como cíclopes, hongos, nuevas variantes de zombis y Creepers, que podrán aparecer en cualquier parte del mundo, incluso en la dimensión del Nether. Diez nuevas estructuras, entre ellas iglús, pirámides, casas de cazadores, casas de huesos, monumentos de hielo, etcétera.
