Gravestone se encarga de generar nuevas mazmorras alrededor del mundo, en forma de nuevas estructuras como mausoleos de grandes dimensiones y varios niveles de profundidad y cementerios, que normalmente suelen generarse alrededor de las aldeas.
Tanto en los mausoleos, como en los cementerios, se generarán enemigos, sin embargo, si visitamos los cementerios de día no aparecerán enemigos y si rompemos las lápidas conseguiremos los botines que están enterrados. Mientras que por la noche actuará como un "spawn" de enemigos.
Los mausoleos son grandes estructuras, donde se generan gran cantidad de enemigos. Esta estructura consta de un edificio central, rodeado de lápidas. Dentro del edificio central encontraremos toda una red de galerías y salas, infestadas de enemigos, pero también con grandes tesoros.
Además de esto, el mod añade artículos diversos, como por ejemplo, lápidas para mascotas (perros y gatos) que se generarán de forma automática al morir una mascota. Por las noches actuarán como "spawns" de criaturas hostiles. También en los cofres de los mausoleos podremos encontrar lápidas de varias criaturas, que podremos utilizar para spawnear enemigos, entre ellos, Creepers cargados. También podremos revivir nuestras mascotas utilizando altares mágicos y otros muchos objetos.
