Hamsterrific es un mod que añade hámsteres domesticables a Minecraft. Estos hámsteres aparecerán alrededor del mundo, así que puedes encontrarlos deambulando por el mundo. Existen 8 colores distintos y se domestican con el resultado de mezclar en una mesa de crafteo, semillas normales, semillas de calabaza y semillas de sandía.
Además podremos crear abrevaderos para hámsteres, bolas para que los roedores jueguen, mientras nosotros hacemos otras cosas, para quitarle la bola al hamster deberás hacer clic derecho sobre él con un papel en la mano. Si estás muy orgulloso de tu hamster también podrás llevarlo en tu cabeza. Para ello deberás colocar en tu mano un papel y hacer clic derecho sobre el hamster.
