Highlands es un mod que modifica los biomas existentes en el juego para darles a las montañas más protagonismo, creando montañas mucho más escarpadas y con más colinas, además de dar unas dimensiones superiores a las que tienen por defecto los biomas del juego.
Más allá de estas modificaciones, el mod, agrega nuevos y grandes biomas en los que podrás perderte a explorar el mundo, concretamente 40. También permite la aparición de aldeas en los nuevos biomas, 14 nuevas clases de árboles y nuevas plantas, entre otros detalles.
Esta versión del mod está en fase de pruebas, todavía puede contener errores o no estar completa al 100%. Iremos publicando sus respectivas actualizaciones.
