Item Physic es un mod que añade un nuevo sistema de físicas para los objetos de Minecraft. No para los bloques, que estos mantendrán sus características habituales en cuanto a física, si no cuando estos se convierten en objeto, como por ejemplo al minar.
Al instalar este mod nos daremos cuenta de las nuevas físicas cuando haya objetos en el suelo, por ejemplo, al ser tirados al suelo por un jugador, también en objetos lanzados al mar, que ahora flotarán en el agua, o al romper un cofre lleno de objetos.
