JourneyMap es un mod que nos permite varios formatos y configuraciones para mostrar un mapa de nuestro mundo en Minecraft. Este mapa lo podremos visualizar de dos formas, a pantalla completa, o bien en la versión reducida, que actúa como mini mapa.
La característica que diferencia este mod de otros que agregan mini mapas al juego, es la opción de poder consultar en tiempo real un mapa de nuestro mundo introduciendo una URL en nuestro navegador web, tanto para PC, como para iPad y Android.
En cuanto a funcionalidades, este mapa nos permitirá mostrar u ocultar entidades hostiles, animales, mascotas, aldeanos e incluso a otros jugadores que estén deambulando por el mundo, además de marcar puntos de nuestro interés en el mapa.
