Lost Souls es un mod pensado para trabajar junto al mod The Lost Cities, ya que el objetivo de este mod no es otro que aumentar el desafío en los edificios que genera Lost Cities, aumentando la cantidad de enemigos que encontraremos en los edificios, a la vez que estos enemigos serán más poderosos y difíciles de derrotar.
Este mod se encargar de generar, de vez en cuando, edificios con el estado de "embrujados". Dentro de estos edificios los enemigos tendrán más salud de lo normal y su poder de ataque también será superior al normal. Tras derrotar a cierta cantidad de enemigos, el edificio cambiará de estado, pasando a quedar "despejado".
También cabe destacar que el nivel de iluminación para que se generen criaturas dentro de los edificios es irrelevante, por lo que se generarán independientemente de la iluminación ambiental, así que no vale la pena perder el tiempo iluminando la zona para evitar que se generen criaturas.
