Metamorph nos ofrece la posibilidad de metamorfosear a nuestro personaje de Minecraft, permitiéndonos adoptar la apariencia de cualquiera de las entidades que existen en el juego. Al convertirnos en cualquiera de ellas, obtendremos sus habilidades especiales. Aunque en el modo supervivencia sólo podremos seleccionar a las criaturas que previamente hayamos matado.
Para poder metamorfosearnos, tendremos que acceder a una interfaz gráfica de selección de criatura, a la cual accederemos utilizando la tecla "B". Una vez seleccionada cualquiera de las entidades podremos ejecutar su habilidad especial mediante la tecla "V".
