Mouse Tweaks añade nuevas funcionalidades a la hora de utilizar una de las interfaces del juego más utilizas, si no la que más, que es el inventario de nuestro personaje. Con las funciones de este mod los jugadores ganarán tiempo y comodidad a la hora de utilizar y gestionar el inventario del personaje. Aunque sus funcionalidades también se aplicarán al inventario de los cofres, de las máquinas y a cualquier bloque u objeto que tenga inventario propio.
Por ejemplo, con este mod instalado podremos repartir equitativamente cualquier objeto alrededor de todas las casillas de un inventario. Podremos seleccionar un tipo de objeto o bloque y agrupar todos los demás que son iguales, ahorrándonos el tiempo de ir buscando por ejemplo, todos los bloques de piedra de un inventario. También podremos usar la rueda del ratón para dejar o coger objetos del inventario, entre otras funcionalidades interesantes.
