Neat se encarga de añadir una barra informativa sobre cualquier criatura de Minecraft, mostrando información sobre las características de cada ser. Esta barra informativa muestran información tanto sobre las criaturas predefinidas, como de aquellas que sean añadidas por cualquier mod que añada nuevas criaturas, ya sean animales o enemigos.
El mod añade una barra de salud a las criaturas, que al estar completamente de color verde, indica salud al máximo. Cuando una criatura no tiene la vida al máximo, la línea verde indica su porcentaje de salud, mientras que la roja representa la cantidad de salud que ya ha perdido. Además se muestra un valor numérico que indica la cantidad de vida de la criatura.
