El mod nos permitirá utilizar la obsidiana para crear nuevas armas, ya sea una espada o un arco, nuevas herramientas, como palas, picos, hazadas y hachas, nuevas piezas de armadura, como pechera, pantalones, botas y casco. Para fabricar algunos de estos objetos deberemos crear ladrillos de obsidiana a partir de un bloque normal de obsidiana.
