OresPlus es un mod que no llega a tener tres meses de vida y aún se encuentra en fase Beta, pero es funcional y se encarga de añadir una gran cantidad de recursos que en ciertos mods son necesarios como la plata o el cobre en mods como Industrial Craft o BuildCraft.
El mod añade por el momento una cifra total de 44 recursos minerales. Estos nuevos recursos no solo los encontraremos en las minas de nuestra dimensión, sino que, para encontrarlos todos también deberemos minar en el Nether y en la dimensión del The End.
Los minerales por si solos no sirven de nada, este mod está pensado para trabajar en combinación con mods (principalmente tecnológicos) que necesitan recursos minerales que no se encuentran por defecto en el juego.
