Serene Seasons es un mod que añade el concepto de estaciones meteorológicas a Minecraft. Con este mod instalado, podremos disfrutar de las épocas de verano, otoño, invierno y primavera. Cada estación tendrá un impacto sobre el aspecto del mundo y sobre el clima.
Todos los biomas experimentarán cambios estáticos dependiendo de la estación meteorológica en la que nos encontraremos. Por ejemplo, en otoño los prados y el follaje de los árboles tenderá a tener colores marrones. En primavera lloverá y habrá más tormentas, y en invierno, como es lógico, nevará de forma más frecuente, y lo hará en biomas donde no es habitual que nieve.
