Una vez un Teletubbie es infectado por un zombi su aspecto cambiará por completo, dejando de lado su aspecto inofensivo y adoptando una apariencia bastante más terrorífica. También de forma aleatoria se pueden generar Teletubbies zombi por la noche, aunque durante el día serán inofensivos.
