Terrain Crystals es un mod que nos permite generar biomas en vivo en nuestra partida de Minecraft, sin tener que hacer ningún tipo de configuración, sino simplemente crafteando cualquiera de los cristales que añade este mod. En estos momentos los biomas que podremos generar son Nether, Taiga, Mesa, End, Plains, Swamplands, Jungle, Mushroom Island y Ice Plains Spikes.
Estos biomas tienen pequeñas dimensiones, así que podremos combinar un montón de ellos o simplemente generar aquellos que queramos, ya sea para conseguir recursos o generar criaturas específicas que aparecen en un bioma concreto que no encontramos en nuestro mundo. Solamente deberemos colocar un cristal en nuestra mano y hacer clic derecho sobre el suelo.
