TF2 Stuff añadirá una buena cantidad de contenido, como por ejemplo armas, herramientas, objetos, nuevos recursos minerales, NPC's, enemigos y jefes de Team Fortress 2.

En cuanto a objetos, podremos utilizar los míticos Sentry y Dispenser, además de utilizar teletransportadores y el reloj de invisibilidad. También podremos crear una buena cantidad de armas, como por ejemplo escopetas, rifles, pistolas, rifles de francotirador, lanzallamas, lanzagranadas y lanzacohetes.

En cuanto a entidades y criaturas, el mod añade diversos NPC's de Team Fortress 2, como por ejemplo a Pyro, Spy, Engineer, Scout, Demoman, Sniper, Medic y Soldier, entre otros.
