The Earth

The Earth nos ofrece un nuevo tipo de mundo en Minecraft, que consiste en una recreación geográfica de nuestro planeta Tierra, a escala 1:95. Esto se traduce en un mundo con unas dimensiones de 432000 x 216000 bloques.

Como entenderás, al ver las dimensiones de este mundo, moverse volando por el mapa podría ser algo agobiante, así que el mod añade un nuevo comando que nos permitirá utilizar las coordenadas de cualquier lugar real de nuestro planeta, para teleportarnos a ese mismo punto, de esta recreación del planeta Tierra. Vamos a ver como utilizar este comando.

Para empezar deberemos buscar unas coordenadas, por ejemplo en Google Maps. Acto seguido, dentro del juego, pulsaremos la tecla "T" para escribir el siguiente comando "/tplatlong 59.3148591 18.0519974" y apareceremos en ese lugar. Por contra, si queremos saber en que punto del mundo nos encontramos, podemos pulsar la tecla "K", que nos abrirá una interfaz gráfica que mostrará las coordenadas del lugar donde está nuestro personaje, así como la dirección de la calle, y en caso de que exista, una imagen del lugar, a través de Google Streetview.

Para disfrutar de este nuevo tipo de mundo, deberemos ir al menú de creación y selección de mundos de Minecraft, para seleccionar, en "Tipo de mundo", la opción "Earth".
