Aunque el eje principal de este mod es la creación y utilización de tótems que nos aportar nuevas habilidades, el mod también añade elementos como las típicas tiendas indias, búfalos, herramientas, instrumentos musicales y diversos elementos decorativos que nos servirán para ambientar nuestra zona de tótems.
El funcionamiento de los tótems es similar al de los "beacons", es decir, producen efectos y estados alterados a aquellos jugadores que se encuentran dentro de su radio de acción. Estos efectos pueden ser potenciados haciendo sonar los instrumentos musicales que añade el mod.
