Touhou Items es un mod basado en un juego llamado Touhou y que añadirá a nuestro Minecraft diversos objetos basados en este juego. A grandes rasgos se trata de un mod que añade objetos mágicos al juego, objetos que tienen habilidades especiales y sobretodo poseen efectos especiales llenos de explosiones de color típicas de algunos animes, pues el mod es japonés.
