Vampirism es un mod que añadirás nuevas aventuras en un mundo llenos de vampiros, cazavampiros y varias criaturas hostiles. La mayor parte de estas nuevas criaturas se generarán en un nuevo tipo de bioma. En este mismo bioma puede aparecer el castillo del mismísimo Conde Drácula, que podremos visitar una vez seamos un vampiro de nivel alto.
El mod nos pemite convertirnos en vampiro, pero primero deberemos dejar que nos muerda otro vampiro, y dejar que la infección se apodere de nuestro cuerpo. Una vez infectados deberemos realizar varios rituales de sangre para ascender de nivel de vampiro. A su vez, a medida que aumentamos nuestro nivel de vampiros, iremos consiguiendo nuevas habilidades, como mejoras de velocidad, salto, poder, resistencia, e incluso convertirnos en murciélago y surcar los cielos.
Alcanzado cierto nivel de vampiro, podremos acceder al castillo del Conde Drácula, donde podremos acceder a una nueva dimensión donde podremos luchar contra el señor de los vampiros. Si lo vencemos nos convertiremos en el señor de los vampiros.
