Actually Additions es un mod que añade lo que podríamos definir como "contenido random", no enfocado a mejorar un aspecto concreto del juego, sino enfocado en añadir contenido diverso, para mejorar o diversificar ciertos aspectos del juego.
Algunas de las cosas que nos encontraremos al instalar este mod son taladros, alas, anillos mágicos, varitas de teletransporte, transporte de objetos de forma "inalámbrica", es decir, sin tuberías o similares, varias clases de máquinas para automatizar procesos, spawners y tolvas mejoradas, entre otras cosas.
