Colorful Armor es un mod que nos ofrece la posibilidad de cambiar el color a una armadura de piel, hierro, oro o diamante, usando los colores de los tintes básicos de Minecraft. Este mod además nos permite tintar las piezas por separado, es decir, podremos tener un casco, un peto, unas botas o unos pantalones de color distinto al resto de piezas de nuestra armadura.
Esto nos puede permitir cosas interesantes, como engañar a nuestros oponentes usando una armadura de diamante, tintada de color marrón o color gris, simulando una armadura de piel o de hierro.
