Compact Storage es un mod que nos permite craftear cofres y mochilas con capacidades de almacenamiento que podremos personalizar, pudiendo elegir la cantidad de filas y columnas que queremos que tenga nuestro cofre o mochila. Los cofres no podrán ser dobles, y de echo no hace falta que lo sean, ya que así ahorramos espacio y tenemos un cofre de mayor capacidad.
Para construir un cofre, ahora deberemos utilizar un bloque que añade este mod, llamado "Builder". Al hacer clic derecho sobre este bloque accederemos a la interfaz de construcción de cofres y mochilas, que nos permitirá elegir la cantidad de filas y columnas, y en función de esto, nos dirá que cantidad de materiales necesitamos para construir el cofre. En esta misma interfaz, podremos colocar un color hexadecimal cualquiera.
