Extra Golems es un mod que nos permite crear un montón de nuevos tipos de gólems en Minecraft, utilizando varios de los materiales predefinidos en el juego. Cada uno de estos gólems tendrá habilidades únicas, así como parámetros de vida/defensa/ataque únicos. En total podremos crear 32 nuevos tipos de Gólem para defender nuestras posiciones de los ataques enemigos.
Cada Gólem se construye con un tipo de material específico, así que el resultado será un Gólem de un material en concreto, por ejemplo, y siendo uno de los más resistentes, tenemos al Gólem de diamante que tiene un valor de vida de 220 puntos y se crea a partir de diamantes. Aunque también los hay más "económicos" de fabricar.
