Ion Items es un mod que nos permitirá fabricar un recurso mineral con prestaciones superiores a los que ofrece el diamante. Además, este mod nos permitirá fabricar barras de obsidiana, que servirán como empuñadura de las armas y herramientas, por lo que no tendremos que utilizar palos de madera en su proceso de fabricación.
Con este nuevo recurso mineral, llamado Ion, podremos crear un nuevo set de armadura, armas y herramientas de Ion, que nos ofrecerán prestaciones superiores, aunque también serán más caras que otras armas, herramientas y armaduras, pues un Ion se produce al unir cuatro diamantes.
