Laser Creeper Robot Dino Riders se encarga de añadir dos nuevas criaturas hostiles al juego. El primero, el Laser Creeper, es un Creeper normal y corriente, que además de explotar como siempre, será capaz de lanzar rayos láser contra nosotros. El segundo, es el T-R3X 1000, que es nada más y nada menos que un Creeper sobre un Tyrannosaurus rex robótico.
Si derrotamos al Laser Creeper, obtendremos recursos y objetos para fabricar nuestra propia arma para disparar rayos láser. Por otro lado, si derrotamos al T-R3X 1000, podremos fabricar nuestro propio Tyrannosaurus rex robótico, que, aunque sea un ser robótico, irá creciendo con el paso del tiempo. Podremos montar el Tyrannosaurus rex robótico para desplazarnos por el mundo.
