MC Helicopter es un mod que agrega una gran cantidad de vehículos aéreos que podemos englobar en dos grandes categorías, cazas y helicópteros. Todos ellos están basados en helicópteros y cazas de combate reales y vienen equipados tanto con ametralladoras como con lanzacohetes.
Además de esto el mod añade diversos objetos bélicos, como por ejemplo paracaídas, lanzacohetes Stinger o un marcador de objetivos láser que enviará tres cazas a descargar sobre el objetivo que hayamos designado y unos contenedores que podremos transportar con los helicópteros y que tendrán la misma función de almacenamiento que un cofre.
