Ninja Gear es un mod que añade diversos objetos de temática ninja al juego, como por ejemplo un traje ninja, armas ninja y herramientas ninja. En cuanto a armas, podemos crear una Katanas, Shurikens, un Sai, una bomba de humo, una cuerda ninja y una bobina de cuerda, ascender por una cuerda, como si de una escalera se tratara.
Una vez tenemos el traje equipado y las diversas armas en nuestro inventario, todos estos objetos como la katana, el shuriken y demás, serán visibles en nuestra armadura, mostrando la katana en la espalda del personaje, los shurikens en el frontal del pantalón y las bombas en la zona trasera de los pantalones, entre otros detalles que podemos ver en la imagen inferior.
