Real Time Chat Translation es un mod útil para todos aquellos jugadores que no saben inglés, ya que les permitirá tener un traductor en tiempo real de todo aquello que aparezca en la barra de chat de Minecraft, de modo que podremos entender mensajes del chat, ya sea de mapas de Minecraft o simplemente de un servidor inglés, por poner un par de ejemplos.
El mod utiliza la API del traductor del buscador ruso, Yandex, para realizar las traducciones en tiempo real, de modo que podremos traducir a un montón de idiomas, entre ellos al español. Esta clase de traducciones no suelen ser muy fiables, aunque pueden ayudarnos a comprender palabras o contextos de las frases que aparezcan en el chat de Minecraft.
