Spectrite es un mod que añade un nuevo mineral a la generación de terreno, tanto en el Overworld, como en Nether y en el End. Esta nuevo recurso mineral, llamado Spectrite tendrá una tasa de generación realmente baja, por lo que estamos hablando de un mineral muy difícil de encontrar.
Este mineral, que nos costará de encontrar, nos permitirá desarrollar objetos muy poderosos, como por ejemplo armas, herramientas y piezas de armadura más valiosas, poderosas y eficientes que las de diamante. Por poner un par de ejemplos, este mod nos permitirá crear un pico capaz de picar nueve bloques a la vez, y una armadura que nos convertirá prácticamente en seres invencibles.
